    No roosters are allowed within city limits. There is a limit of 6 chickens per single-family dwelling. No chickens are allowed for multi-family dwellings.
  • Fees: There is a $20 annual fee for a chicken permit. Fees may be paid in person with cash, check, or credit card. Fees may be paid by mail with check. Fees may also be paid by calling SBARC at 574-235-9303.
