- Utility disconnect confirmation letters for each structure being demolished with its own gas, electric, or water service
- Approval letter if variance or special-use / exception has been aquired
Also please be advised:
- If you're going to blocking public right-of-way, please obtain permission from the City or County Engineering Department
- Receipt of the application does not mean a permit has been issued
- If work has been started without a permit, fines may be issued
