This application is for both commercial (either in right-of-way or not in right-of-way) and residential purposes.

Before you begin:
- If this EV charger will be located in the public right-of-way, a right-of-way encroachment permit must be obtained first and an address must be assigned to this project from the City by calling 574-235-9251 or the County Public Works / Engineering Department by calling 574-235-7800
Please be advised:
- Payment for permit can be completed in-person at City Hall with a company card or check and can't be made over the phone
- Receipt of application does not mean a pemit has been issued
- If work has been started without a permit, fines may be issued
