Application for Plumbing Contractor Registration

Be advised: a plumbing contractor is required to install any 1" or less water line from the curb valve to the meter, but excavating contractors may install sewer line or water lines over 1" from the curb valve to the meter. 

Please note:

• This application is for plumbing as well as industrial process piping.
• Registration payments can be made either by cash, check, or over the phone.
• Plumbers may renew their registrations at any time. Registrations expire December 31st every year.

Contractors are responsible for having applicable Workers' Compensation throughout Registration/License term.
